Neutrogena Norwegian Formula

  

My latest free bzzkit is from neutrogena it came with a full size bottle and 6 trial sized bottles to give out to others.

 

I decided before I tried it out I would give myself a manicure and redo my nails since Christmas is now over. I began to take off my red polish with acetone. Followed by buffing, filing, and shaping my nails. Now as you can imagine my nails were pretty dull looking and dry from the filing and chemicals I just placed on them. So I washed my nails to get all the residue off before placing a tiny pea sized amount of Neutorgena on my hands. I massaged the lotion on my fingers and all over my hands with just this tiny amount I went a long way. The lotion is both clear and fragrance free, a win win if you ask me. You don't have to worry about an over bearing smell or dye getting on or staining anything. Even after polishing my nails now hours later my hands are so soft. They feel like they have been masked in a silk cloth of softness.

 

Zicam Cold Remedy

Zicam Cold Remedy Rapid Melts

 I received a kit of 6 boxes of 25 zicam cold rapidmelts from crowdtap free to try out. Lucky me I got sick in time to test it out myself :(.

Runny nose, congestion, sore throat, cough, sneezing and a fever that would not quit. My whole body ached, my eyes and nose were red and I was miserable. The last 3 days I took about 8 different cold meds - the only thing that worked at all was the Nyquil I took at night. So I decided it was time to give it a try.

I started yesterday and after several doses (every 3 hours) I woke up today and it feels like the cold is on its way out. No fever, nose is not bad, cough's gone as is the sneezing. Body aches are gone. It's amazing. This is the only med I'm taking and based on the way I felt yesterday the cold had dug in for a long haul. I cannot believe the difference. Literally overnight I feel about 80% better.

I can't speak for others...and the taste of this is sort of like the old children's aspirin's but more chalky. Frankly it could taste way worse and I'd still use it. For me this stuff is like gold.

Dino Lingo

I have recently been introduced to a company called Dino Lingo through a company called Influenster. I did little research and found it to be very similar to Rosetta Stone but for children which I found very interesting. With more then 30 languages to choose from the possibilities seem endless with learning. 

My child watches shows like Kai Lan and Dora but they only teach at a minimum with few words and at a very slow pace. Dino Lingo uses a method similar with teaching by using fun characters, games, and songs to keep your child interested but teaches at a much more higher level then your everyday tv shows.

Each kit comes with tons of items to get your little one pumped to learn.

Now I myself think this is something fantastic to get for our children especially for their future. In my mind I feel my child will be much more successful in life being bilingual.

Covergirl as Unique as You

Blast FlipStick

Tired of your boring one tone lipstick that makes tyour lips look like a clone? I didn't realize how tired of it I was until BzzAgent and Covergirl gave me the opportunity to try their new product the flipstick which allows you to take both dark and light shades and mix them together to get a look all your own that you created. The best part being that it's all in one tube so you don't have to splurge to buy more. Now there are 14 different types you can get that I am aware of I was given the chance to try three of these: Vixen, Stunner, and Minx (cute names right). As you can see the colors very from pink to dark brown.






Now upon receiving the 3 tubes that I did I could tell right away which colors I would wear and which I wouldn't so receiving these items for free I decided to give one to my mom and one to my grandmother.

First up is Stunner which I gave to my mom who is a ginger kid so I thought with the gold an orange tint added it would go great with her complexion. She however didn't like it she said it was to bright but after playing around with it a little bit she got the color she was looking for.








 Next up we have Vixen which I gave to my grandmother: It was really pinkish with orange and gold and turned out to be very brightly colored. My grandmother has always been into the brighter colors though so I thought it suited her best.

 
  Finally my favorite that I received that I kept for myself Minx

The Minx was very dark with brown and coppery tones which I prefer over other lip colors. I wear mineral makeup which has shimmer in it so the shimmering in the flipstick went perfect with my makeup. It was nice, smooth, and creamy going on but tends to get a little dried out feeling later but it didn't seem to bother me at all. 






 I also received 20 coupons to hand out to friends which I was very surprised to get so many but yay for sharing :)

Green Mountain Coffee

So I just got accepted into a campaign for green mountain coffee free from bzz agent..not sure yet if I will be getting ground coffee or k cups (either is fine). I must admit though I didn't really know much about this coffee or brand until getting invited to try it. It seems to have loads of benefits like being one of the largest fair trade certified organic brewers in the country ( I <3 my organics). I can't wait til it arrives so I can try it out though, so be sure to check back in a few weeks give or take to see how it went :). Finally my bzz kit has arrived it consisted of 12 samples 4 different flavors with 3 of each, a ton of coupons to share, and a booklet to help out with my bzzing.
 




 
Now onto the brand itself Green Mountain Coffee. I used several sites when reading up on this wikepedia was the most helpful I found. I found it amazing that they have over 100 different flavors and all so unique. It is available in both k cups and bags which is really nice because I myself ue the kcups but other people I know who don't own a keurig and enjoy coffee to could experience the same great flavors. I actually used my coupon and got my grandpa a bag of hazelnut fudge coffe and oh emm gee it smelled so good I wanted to eat the package. I really enjoy that I feel I am making a difference when drinking this coffee too. Helping assure farmers get fair priced beans, improving the environment, supporting the community and so many other things, who knew a coffee could do so much.

Nothing Unreal about this

 So I myself being a bzzagent received some vouchers for a product called Unreal candy all items were totally free :). There is no junk in these so I was a little iffy before trying but wooo it was unreal that something that had nothing good in it could taste so good.

I was sent a large coupon book with 2 coupons for me to go pick which scent I wanted for free then several other discount coupons to give out. Now I went to Target which made me love this campaign even more because upon giving them the free coupon products they took all the money off of everything else I had at check out (beach towel , peanut butter, school supplies) making my total .97 cents (score). So back to the product now we have a oil diffuser in the dining room next to my parrot who I think now believes he is in the amazon, but it has been there about 3 weeks and still I can smell strong. The other oil diffuser I picked up I sat at my back stair case where people go to smoke which stinks like smoke but not anymore now it smells like a fruit basket. The other items I got besides the oil diffuser were the sprays which are super cute in their little vase like bottles. Another blogger recently took scrapbook stickers and made her bottle look super chic and I have been dying to try her idea so def must do that as well even though the bottles are super cute as they are.

Naturals VoxBox 2012

DISCLOSURE:  As a member of Influenster, I received a set of products to try for free.

It's been awhile since my last VoxBox, but I'm excited to get selected to try the Naturals VoxBox from Influenster.  If you're unfamiliar with the site, it's a community of members who are sent products to try and review.  The more feedback you give, the more you'll be picked to review other products.



 I wasn't familiar with almost any of the brands featured in this year's Naturals VoxBox, so I'm excited to see how these all work.  Included in the box are:

• The Original Dish Drying Mat - This I'm really interested in trying.  We hand wash a lot of our dishes, such as pots and pans and normally dry them on a regular dish towel.  It would be interesting to see how this well this works.
• LypSyl Intense Protection LypMoisturizer - I love lip balm.  I have all sorts of them everywhere!  But I've never tried this brand before.  I hope it works well -- my lips are always dry!
• EBOOST - I've never tried anything like this before.  It's supposed to boost your mood, focus and immunity.  I hope it tastes good and works!  I've been so tired lately and always tend to lose focus in the afternoon.
• CleanWell Individual Hand Sanitizer Wipes - These would've been helpful at the playground earlier today.  My kids touch everything and then want to eat a snack.  This would have worked better than just a quick handwashing with their water bottle!
• GEOGEO - I've never tried natural deodorant and I'm actually kind of scared to see if this works.   It smells really nice, though, so we'll see.
• NECTRESSE - This was the only brand I had heard of.  It's made by Splenda and it's a sweetener made from monk fruit, which I've never heard of before.  I'll have to try it in my coffee.
•  SheaMoisture- says it is good for excema so gonna let my hubby try this one.

 

 ***A few weeks later*****

•  The Original Dish Drying Mat-  love this so so much it absorbs all the water and you can even lift it up and your counter will be completely dry.
•  LypSyl Intense Protection LypMoisturizer- Super cute container but hate how it makes my lips feel waxy unable to move.
• EBOOST- This reminds me a lot of 5 hour power luckily it comes in other flavors as I hated the orange. 
• CleanWell Individual Hand Sanitizer Wipes- After trying this out I actually ordered some it was awesome and smells so much better then the other brands.
• GEOGEO- Best deodorant ever given to anyone smells like a tropical island and it lasts all day.
• NECTRESSE- Saved the day when I discovered I was out of sugar for my coffee. Absolutley wonderful
• SheaMoisture- This was awesome for my hubby his skin is so rough and dry it made him smell nice and soft.
  

Parissa Face & Bikini Wax Strips

These are fantastic for an at home wax especially if you are nervous about heading off to a salon to get your stuff waxed rather it be face or down below. The strips were given out on Influenster for free for girls to try out sadly I wasn't in the select group but lucky me I had tried these before. I love them for less then emergency situations that I can tend to myself and they are super easy.

love this stuff.  With my husband kids by mid afternoon that first morning Coffee energy is gone.  And since I don't want to make a whole pot of coffee for myself I would grab a packet of this Eboost to test out.  With Energy and Immune boosting Products this is great for a stay at home mom.  .  For testing purposes they sent me some packs of the Orange.   Now just a little heads up these are Effervescent which means they will bubble and release gas.  So when you are shaking it up in your water bottle you need to let the pressure out a couple times in the shaking process.
